Returns & Refunds Policy

At Tokyo Supplements, we are committed to your satisfaction and comply fully 
with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer 
Act 2010.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Under the ACL, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. 
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and 
compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are 
also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to 
be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We offer a 14-day change of mind return policy. You have 14 days after 
receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- Original seal intact
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Change of mind returns are not required under ACL — this is an additional 
courtesy we extend to our customers.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us at services@tokyosupplements.com.au or call 1300-850116 to 
initiate a return. Once approved, we'll send you instructions. Items sent 
back without prior approval will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Change of mind returns: customer pays return shipping
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent items: we cover return shipping costs

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. 
If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 business days to your 
original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to 
process the payment. If you haven't received your refund after 30 business 
days, contact us at services@tokyosupplements.com.au.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately 
at services@tokyosupplements.com.au with your order number and a photo of 
the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost 
to you — in accordance with your rights under ACL.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned (except where required by ACL):
- Products that have been opened or had their seal broken
- Products past their use-by date
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale at time of purchase

Note: These exclusions do not apply if the product is faulty or does not 
match its description — your ACL rights always apply.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first, 
then place a new order once the return is approved.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
For customers outside Australia, return shipping costs and timeframes may 
vary. Duties and taxes paid on delivery are generally non-refundable.

EU CUSTOMERS
EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under applicable 
EU consumer law, in addition to any rights under ACL where applicable.
